We will bring Rocky Hill School historian Charles Laurant, who will share with us A History of Hopelands, the great estate once owned by the Brown, Ives, and Goddard families, and some of the lesser known craftsmen, landscapers, and laborers; both enslaved and free who worked in the homestead and on its grounds.
